
Townhome Sales and Partnerships Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the townhome market and drive sales through strategic partnerships with referral partners, financial planners, wealth creation firms, property investment groups, and buyer's agents.
- Foster strong relationships with key referral partners and drive sales growth through these channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop aligned messaging and offerings that meet customer needs.
- Provide market insights and feedback to inform product design and pricing strategies.
- Proven experience in business development, relationship management, or channel sales management is essential, ideally within the construction industry.
- A strong professional network within property investment groups or financial services firms is highly desirable.
- A consultative sales approach with a focus on long-term relationships and exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required.
