The Role

We're seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to grow channel relationships and drive sales through key referral partners including financial planners, wealth creation firms, property investment groups, and buyer's agents.

As the Business Development Manager, you'll take charge of:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with referral partners
  • Driving sales of townhomes and house & land packages through the wholesale and investment channels
  • Attending industry events and client presentations
  • Working closely with internal sales, marketing, and development teams to align messaging and offering
  • Providing market insights and feedback to influence product design and pricing

About You

  • Proven experience in relationship management, business development or channel sales management (ideally with builder experience)
  • Strong network within property investment groups or financial services firms highly regarded
  • A proactive and consultative sales approach with a focus on long-term relationships
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • A genuine passion for the industry
