Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful partnerships that drive business growth.

This is an opportunity to join our team as a Leadership Partnership Specialist, where you will be responsible for managing end-to-end relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

You will lead the strategic development and execution of partnership strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

A strong understanding of partnership dynamics and experience in driving partnership engagement is essential for this role.

In addition to partnership management, you will also have opportunities to work across other internal teams, including operations, IT, sales, and marketing.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing partnership strategies that deliver business value.
  • Managing partner contracts and negotiations to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Reviewing partner performance to ensure delivery of agreed-upon metrics.
  • Leading performance review meetings with partners to identify areas for improvement.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to present and influence at all levels of management. You will also require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
