Are you passionate about generating valuable partnerships?

As the Partnerships Specialist, you will be driving the day-to-day delivery of Hostplus partnership assessment process, including reviewing and considering partnership proposals in members best financial interests and ensuring they are competitive and capable of delivering great results for the Fund's objectives. The role requires experience in creating robust and data driven business cases and drafting partnership agreements that can ensure they are in members best interests.

**The opportunity**

Working closely with the Head of Partnership and Events, and the broader Marketing team, you will ensure that Hostplus derives optimum value from its partnership agreements by ensuring that:

- All contractual elements of the Hostplus partnership portfolio are delivered and tracked:

- Member and employer needs are effectively targeted via associated marketing initiatives; and
- The ongoing 'return on investment' for the business and its key stakeholders is continually assessed and reported.

The Partnership Specialist will be the key contact for the Strategic Partnerships, New Business and Client Services team, acting as a gateway for the business in engaging with our partnership portfolio. A passion for excellence, exemplary attention to detail, and stakeholder management experience is highly regarded, as are time management skills and the ability to take direction.

**About you**
- Have a strong commercial acumen and a love of data
- Analytical
- Experience in project management or campaign management
- Collaborative and relationship-driven with the ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders, partners, and associated priorities simultaneously
- High level of attention to detail and outstanding organisational and planning skills
- Outcome-focused, with high levels of drive and motivation
- Confident, positive, proactive approach and can embrace change and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills with impact in both written and verbal form
- Resourceful, resilient and confident with sound decision-making skills
- Able to think laterally and beyond expectations or convention. You should be able to bring new ideas to life.
