Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing in-house team as a Senior Commercial Contract Specialist.

You will work on the largest renewables projects in the industry, providing guidance on key contractual provisions and assisting in managing contractual risks.

The Role
  • You will collaborate with Project Managers to provide expert advice on contract administration, negotiation, and influencing.
  • You will lead the preparation and submission of correspondence, notices, and claims to clients.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years relevant experience working in either Construction, Utilities, Energy, or a similar project-based environment.
  • Experience with upstream and downstream negotiations, with the ability to formulate and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work with various stakeholders.
  • High-level contract administration, negotiation, and influencing skills.
