We are trusted by Tier 1 contractors, clients, and government bodies for our expertise in commercial, contractual, planning, and legal advisory services.

With several major projects ramping up, our clients are actively seeking highly skilled professionals with strong commercial and/or dual-qualified backgrounds. This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise in claims, contracts, and project controls while building a long-term career on both national and international platforms.

We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced professionals across the following areas:

  • Senior Commercial Managers / Commercial Leads – proven ability managing complex infrastructure projects, subcontractor packages, and commercial strategy.
  • Quantity Surveyors & Claims Consultants – expertise in claims preparation, defence, forensic cost analysis, and dispute resolution.
  • Planners / Forensic Delay Analysts – strong skills in programme development, delay analysis, and disruption methodology.
  • Contract Administrators – solid understanding of SOPA, payment schedules, procurement, and head/subcontract administration.
  • Dual-Qualified Legal & Commercial Professionals – professionals with both engineering or QS backgrounds and legal qualifications, skilled in arbitration, adjudication, and dispute resolution.

Skills & Experience

We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Industry Background: Infrastructure, Civil, Rail, Energy, Utilities, or Mechanical & Electrical projects.
  • Contracts & Claims Expertise: Strong grounding in NEC, FIDIC, GC21 or equivalent forms, with practical experience in contract negotiation, EOTs, variations, disruption and adjudication.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills: Forensic cost and delay analysis, commercial risk assessment, and the ability to present findings clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Legal/Commercial Acumen: (for dual-qualified professionals) arbitration or litigation experience, Security of Payment (SOPA), and dispute resolution skills.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Track record of guiding teams, mentoring juniors, and influencing commercial outcomes.
  • Communication: Exceptional report writing, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
