Contract Specialist Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Contract Specialist to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-profile projects.

As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for providing expert contract management services to ensure effective implementation across the business and manage commercial risk.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 10 years of experience in commercial, contract management, senior contract administration, or project management roles.
  • Strong understanding of large construction and/or infrastructure projects.
  • Expertise in contract management, construction law, and general contract administration processes.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience working with government and bespoke contracts.

In this role, you will work closely with project teams to develop and implement commercial strategies, manage subcontract agreements, and provide training and auditing services to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and codes of practice.
