Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Contracts Specialist to join our team. This is a key role where you will lead the administration of commercial contracts, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.

As a Commercial Contracts Specialist, you will be responsible for contract administration, procurement activities, and financial management. You will work closely with the project manager to bring commercial expertise to drive performance across all phases of the project lifecycle.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contract administration across head contracts and subcontracts
  • Procurement activities including tender reviews, scope preparation, and contractor engagement
  • Financial management, including monitoring project cost control, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and site teams

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree qualified in Construction Management or related field
  • 6+ years' experience in a Contracts Administration role (ideally senior level)
  • Demonstrated experience on high-rise construction projects over $40M
  • Strong knowledge of the commercial landscape
