Job Title: Commercial Contract Manager

Job Description

This is a leadership position that will drive success and growth in the organization. The Commercial Contract Manager will lead the contracts team, develop and implement a contracting framework, and oversee the implementation of a contract management system.

The successful candidate will enable global expansion by developing the contracting process for new jurisdictions and maintaining and updating the legal risk framework.

Core Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a contracting framework to manage contracts effectively.
  • Oversee the implementation of a contract management system.
  • Manage and motivate a team of contract specialists.
  • Develop process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance and advice on contracting matters.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and compliance.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement.
