About the Role:- Develop and negotiate complex commercial contracts, including services, technology, licensing, and distribution agreements.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with APRA Prudential Standards (CPS 231, CPS 232, CPS 234, CPS 230), privacy, and modern slavery obligations.
- Provide expert advice on third-party risk management and contribute to the development of internal procurement policies and tools.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Cyber, Risk, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and risk mitigation across initiatives.
- Support the enhancement of contract management processes and procurement systems.
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience with a strong focus on commercial and procurement contracts.
- Experience gained in-house or in private practice, preferably in financial services, technology, or other regulated sectors.
- Strong working knowledge of risk allocation, contract governance, and vendor compliance frameworks.
- Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Clear and concise communication skills with a pragmatic and collaborative style.
