Commercial Contracts Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to provide professional support in commercial and transactional legal services.

About the Role:

  • Support Senior Corporate Counsel in drafting and revising commercial contracts, including service level agreements, supplier agreements, partnering and association agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
  • Assist in resolving issues related to contract wordings for brokers, clients, and markets.
  • Review commercial documentation and related correspondence for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Maintain a library of contract clauses and monitor statutory positions, regulatory guidelines, judicial decrees, current wording issues, and industry trends affecting our contracting risk tolerance.
  • Administer and vary contracts as needed.
  • Bld collaborative working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders within and outside the organization.
  • Communicate legal requirements, processes, and procedures effectively to the Business.
