Contract Management Leader Position

We are seeking a seasoned Contract Management Leader to oversee the commercial contracts and performance function for government technology platforms within Digital NSW.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership across the end-to-end commercial process for all-of-government digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of contract specialists to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with internal senior leaders.
  • Oversee the procurement process within GTP, ensuring compliance with NSW Government policies and maximizing value for money.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to executives on strategic partnerships and optimization opportunities.
  • Develop and implement long-term strategies to ensure value for money and service continuity aligned with platform requirements.

What we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading large multi-disciplinary teams in service delivery environments.
  • Experience in designing and implementing commercial processes, including strategic sourcing, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Ability to provide specialist expertise and strategic leadership in high-value commercial matters related to all-of-government digital platforms.
