About the Role: As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the success of multiple store locations, ensuring high performance and operational excellence across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management: Set and monitor performance goals across stores, coaching store managers to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Leadership and Vision: Inspire and guide store teams with a clear, motivating vision for success, fostering a positive and results-driven work culture.
  • Business Acumen: Drive solutions through identifying trends and opportunities, finding the why behind problems and raising ideas, plans and approaches for execution.
  • Visual Merchandising: Implement creative and effective merchandising strategies to ensure our stores showcase products in an appealing and engaging way.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory and stock management, ensuring smooth operations and effective stock replenishment to meet customer demands.
  • Customer Focus: Maintain high standards of customer service across all stores, ensuring every customer enjoys a superior shopping experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a multi-store management role within a high-turnover, large-format retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams and building talent pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of visual merchandising and the ability to implement cohesive, brand-aligned strategies.
  • Proficient in stock management and store operations.
  • Strong ability to work with in-store KPIs, driven results, sales and profitability.
