Responsibilities- Leadership and development of venue managers and their teams
- Operational performance and service delivery to local communities
- Developing and executing business plans and strategies

To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A successful track record in business growth, community activation, and aquatic facility management
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in commercial/business management

Becoming an Area Manager at Belgravia Leisure offers a unique opportunity to coach, inspire, and lead a team and community, with a competitive salary package including:
$110,000 - $130,000 per annum, depending on experience
