We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing claims for reasonable and appropriate treatment and rehabilitation needs
  • Investigating claims and interpreting medical documents with a focus on proactive claims management
  • Ensuring legislative compliance timeframes are met in conjunction with following all internal policies and procedures
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • CALCULATING SETTLEMENT OFFERS BETWEEN $60,000 - $80,000 PER ANNUM, NEGOTIATE SETTLEMENTS AND ATTEND SETTLEMENT CONFERENCES WITH LAWYERS AND COUNSEL

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong attention to detail. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Average salary range: $65,000 per annum
