About the Role

We are seeking an experienced hotel revenue growth strategist to lead revenue strategy across multiple hotels.

This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact while driving growth and optimising results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administration: Prepare, maintain, and distribute accurate revenue reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) across all properties.
  • Customer Service: Provide guidance on pricing and availability to the front desk.
  • Marketing: Align pricing and promotions with marketing campaigns.
  • Operational: Protect revenue by minimising risks of overbooking or underbooking.
  • People & Culture: Support our purpose of care by modelling values and culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in hotel revenue management or analytical roles within a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.
  • Strong understanding of the local market including outer suburbs and local revenue trends.
  • A proven track record in revenue forecasting, inventory control, and yield optimisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective budgets and pricing strategies.
  • Advanced analytical and reporting skills, with high proficiency in Excel and related IT systems.
  • Experience with hotel systems such as Opera, LightHouse, STR, Agency360, and Demand360.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Previous experience working collaboratively with owners or ownership groups.
  • A leadership mindset with the ability to coach, support, and inspire team members.
