Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced revenue management professional to join our luxury hotel at Stamford Plaza Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in revenue strategy, ideally multi-site, and a natural leadership ability.

About the Role

This role is responsible for developing and executing the hotel's revenue strategy, driving REVPAR performance against budget growth targets. You will oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel, manage day-to-day yield operations, perform competitive benchmark studies, and follow market trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the hotel's revenue strategy and manage day-to-day yield operations
  • Daily analysis and reporting on revenue performance
  • Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends
  • Responsible for projected occupancy, analysis, and pricing group business strategies
  • Analyze overall monthly hotel performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long-term strategies

Requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience in hotel revenue management
  • Track record of successful strategy implementation
  • Highly computer literate with a high-level understanding of Excel
  • Exceptional analytical and numeric skills for fast data crunching
  • Ability to work under own initiative in a highly pressured environment
