Job Description:

As a key player in our revenue management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across multiple hotels. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing effective revenue management strategies to maximize hotel revenue.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven revenue management strategies to drive hotel sales growth
  • Analyze data from reservations systems and demand forecasting systems to determine optimal pricing strategies
  • Manage room and function space authorizations, rates, and restrictions with attention to detail
  • Maintain effective pricing strategies for rooms and function spaces
  • Create long-range forecasts for rooms and catering by segment, updating forecasts regularly
  • Prepare revenue and profit opportunity analysis
  • Manage all revenue, profit, and demand data associated with rooms and function spaces
  • Use analytical tools and systems to maximize revenues and profits
