Leading a Cultural Transformation initiative presents an exceptional opportunity to drive meaningful change across an organization.

The Culture Project Lead will spearhead a high-impact, enterprise-wide project to embed cultural change aligned with strategic objectives.

This role involves complex project governance, engaging cross-functional stakeholders at all levels, leveraging the expertise of external cultural consultants, and ensuring the successful delivery and sustainability of the Cultural Transformation program.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the end-to-end management of the Cultural Transformation project from planning through to execution and evaluation
  2. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including strategy reports action plans and risk registers
  3. Champion the Cultural Transformation vision ensuring it is clearly communicated and embraced across the organization
  4. Engage and coordinate stakeholders across diverse business units and seniority levels
  5. Facilitate alignment between stakeholders and organizational values strategy and operations
  6. Drive accountability among project partners and ensure timely delivery of key milestones
  7. Establish and lead governance structures such as steering committees and working groups
  8. Collaborate with external cultural experts to shape a tailored transformation roadmap
  9. Embed change management and communication strategies to ensure long-term impact

About You:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management Human Resources Organizational Development or equivalent relevant experience
  • Proven experience managing large complex cross-functional projects experience in cultural change or organizational development is highly desirable
  • Skilled in translating strategic goals into actionable plans with measurable outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills across all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated success in implementing change management strategies to support project delivery
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and inspire
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights

Eligibility:

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
