Leading a Cultural Transformation initiative presents an exceptional opportunity to drive meaningful change across an organization.
The Culture Project Lead will spearhead a high-impact, enterprise-wide project to embed cultural change aligned with strategic objectives.
This role involves complex project governance, engaging cross-functional stakeholders at all levels, leveraging the expertise of external cultural consultants, and ensuring the successful delivery and sustainability of the Cultural Transformation program.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end management of the Cultural Transformation project from planning through to execution and evaluation
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including strategy reports action plans and risk registers
- Champion the Cultural Transformation vision ensuring it is clearly communicated and embraced across the organization
- Engage and coordinate stakeholders across diverse business units and seniority levels
- Facilitate alignment between stakeholders and organizational values strategy and operations
- Drive accountability among project partners and ensure timely delivery of key milestones
- Establish and lead governance structures such as steering committees and working groups
- Collaborate with external cultural experts to shape a tailored transformation roadmap
- Embed change management and communication strategies to ensure long-term impact
About You:
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management Human Resources Organizational Development or equivalent relevant experience
- Proven experience managing large complex cross-functional projects experience in cultural change or organizational development is highly desirable
- Skilled in translating strategic goals into actionable plans with measurable outcomes
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills across all organizational levels
- Demonstrated success in implementing change management strategies to support project delivery
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and inspire
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights
Eligibility:
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
