We are seeking a skilled People & Capability Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive culture.

This role involves working closely with leaders across the business to ensure our people reach their full potential and deliver exceptional outcomes.

Our open, equitable, and collaborative culture is what drives our global success. We've achieved great things as a business and as a Global People & Capability team, but there's still more to accomplish.

The ideal candidate will have a knack for building credible and trusting relationships across our leaders and people. They will thrive in an environment where they can wear multiple hats and deliver practical solutions.

We're looking for someone with high integrity, curiosity, and a drive to improve the way things are done – all with our people at the heart of our actions. Knowledge of payroll and/or HR systems would be beneficial, but we can teach that to the right person who is hungry to learn.
