Our Organisational Development (OD) Chapter Area seeks to amplify organisational effectiveness and culture through tailored people experiences, processes, and systems.

We drive meaningful change by collaborating across the Group to deeply understand our peoples' lived experiences and create targeted initiatives that enable them to deliver business strategy and purpose.

A Key Role in Shaping Our Culture

As a leader in our OD Chapter Area, you'll cultivate, lead, and support a team of OD leads and specialists (~8). You'll also be involved in designing and delivering strategic culture, leadership, and people experience initiatives.

This role is pivotal in empowering our people to develop the mindsets and behaviours that prioritise our customers and streamline processes for maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, lead, and grow OD skills within the Chapter through performance coaching and development.
  • Lead the design and implementation of culture and people experience initiatives to enable execution of the Group Strategy.
  • Drive consistency of tooling, frameworks, and methodologies within the Chapter.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to influence performance and development, enabling chapter members to deliver innovative and impactful outcomes.
  • Build credibility and trust with senior leaders and provide thought leadership, advice, and constructive challenge to drive culture, leadership, and people experience outcomes.
  • Harness qualitative and quantitative data to understand culture and people experience priorities and measure impacts.

Requirements:

  • A passion for coaching and developing others and creating a high-performance culture.
  • Deep expertise in organisational culture and leadership development. A track record of leading initiative design and implementation at organisational, team, and individual levels in complex organisations.
  • Proven skills in human-centred leadership, focusing on collaboration, empathy, and motivating others.
  • Excellent relationship building and engagement skills, with the ability to partner with leaders and stakeholders across HR and the business, influencing decision-making.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to tell insightful stories.
  • A strategic thinker offering creative solutions and challenging the status quo.
  • Comfortable working with complexity and driving forward-thinking initiatives - demonstrates agility and flexibility of thinking.
