Driving Inclusive Culture as a Strategic Force

  • This permanent role is based in Melbourne or Sydney and sits within our high-performing People & Culture Group.

  • The Culture & Leadership team's focus is closely integrated with the broader People & Culture team's strategy; with a predominant focus on cultivating an inclusive, vibrant, and cohesive culture across our global teams and architecting our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies and initiatives that foster employee engagement, promote cultural integration, enhance our DEI goals, and ensure alignment with our mission and values.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive DEI strategy aligned with our business objectives that has global scale.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build awareness and facilitate learning programs that celebrate belonging.
  • Responsibility for our Diversity and Belonging policies and practices to ensure all members of our organization have a comfortable place to work and learn, regardless of their background or beliefs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader on DEI matters to senior management and employees.
  • Lead change management efforts related to cultural and DEI programs, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication across all levels.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our DEI initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a culture expert or in a related role, with a strong understanding of organisational culture dynamics.
  • Experience developing DEI strategy and leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Diversity champion with a proven track record for enhancing D&I policies and practices.
