Job Title: Work Health and Safety Lead

The role of Work Health and Safety Lead is a pivotal position within an organization, requiring an individual to provide expert advice to senior leaders and drive a proactive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership qualities and ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize risk management and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Proven research and analytical skills, with the ability to use technology to support project planning and informed decision making
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in managing positive stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, prioritization skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Tertiary qualifications in WHS, risk, and compliance or extensive experience in a relevant field
