Embedding a Positive Culture at Westpac's Specialist Business Division

We're seeking a dynamic individual to support the Head of Organisational Development in uplifting our culture and values.

This key role involves working closely with business leaders and people to build a high-performing culture through designing and executing impactful cultural initiatives.

The successful candidate will define and track relevant metrics for culture, inclusion, and people experience initiatives, providing valuable insights and recommendations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with business leaders and culture champions to design and deliver prioritised culture, inclusion, and people experience interventions
  • Defining and tracking metrics for culture, inclusion, and people experience initiatives
  • Consulting with stakeholders to understand strategic enterprise requirements and influence the development of initiatives and projects

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years' experience in Culture & Leadership and/or Organisation Development (OD)/learning roles or transferable skills
  • Understanding and experience in Risk Culture, regulatory landscape, and/or risk/compliance projects highly desirable
  • High-level project management skills and strong organisational abilities
  • Efficient consulting skills, including understanding business challenges and developing clear solutions
