About the Position
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on leader to shape an organizational culture that enables high performance and teamwork.
As a senior People & Culture leader, you will oversee functions impacting employee experience and drive effective execution across People & Culture initiatives, employee relations, and remuneration.
Your work will ensure our workplaces are places of growth, collaboration, and shared purpose.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business objectives into actionable People & Culture strategies and drive their flawless implementation.
- Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters to leaders.
- Oversee the compensation framework to stay competitive and drive high performance.
- Champion a collaborative, inclusive culture and lead initiatives fostering engagement and the Diversity & Inclusion framework.
- Lead a team of Business Partners and Advisors to partner with senior leaders, build strong teams, and nurture future leaders.
Requirements
- Proven track record of exceptional execution capability in a senior People & Culture role.
- Extensive ER advisory experience, managing complex cases and mitigating risk.
- Deep knowledge of remuneration, salary benchmarking, and compensation program management.
- Collaborative spirit with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Possession of a passion for advancing animal healthcare.
