Enterprise Systems Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Systems Engineer to join our team. As an IT professional with experience in Microsoft Enterprise Systems Administration, you will play a critical role in maintaining large-scale enterprise environments spanning multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Windows and Linux workstations on EVDI and physical networks
  • Troubleshoot application functionality, crashes, and performance issues
  • Analyze user performance and collaborate with external teams to enhance user experience
  • Provide Tier 2 incident resolution for Linux and Windows applications
  • Offer remote end-user desktop support
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve system incidents with short-term workarounds and long-term solutions
  • Communicate effectively with various individuals and work well within small and large team environments
  • Participate in special projects as required
  • Assist with initial triage, response, and notifications for incidents

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Active Directory Administration
  • DNS, DHCP, DFS, LDAP
  • Windows 10, Server 2012, Server 2016
  • Application Troubleshooting (Outlook, Excel, Word, JAVA, Internet Explorer)
  • Linux Operating System
  • Understanding of Service Now, NETS or other ticketing processes
  • ITIL v3 or higher

Certification Requirement: IAT II
