Enterprise Systems Administrator

You will play a critical role in maintaining multiple large Enterprise environments. Your expertise in Microsoft Enterprise Systems Administration will be essential in providing support for Federal Intelligence Agency contracts.

Responsibilities include managing Windows and Linux workstations, troubleshooting application functionality, investigating user performance, and resolving system incidents.

  • Manage Windows and Linux workstations on EVDI and physical environments.
  • Troubleshoot application functionality, crash and performance issues.
  • Investigate user performance and collaborate with external teams to improve user experience.
  • Assist customers with incident resolution for Linux and Windows applications.
  • Provide remote end-user desktop support.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve system incidents with short-term workarounds and long-term solutions.
Required Skills:
  • Active Directory Administration
  • DNS, DHCP, DFS, LDAP
  • Windows 10, Server 2012, Server 2016
  • Application Troubleshooting such as Outlook, Excel, Word, Java, Internet Explorer
  • Linux Operating System
  • Understanding of Service Now or other ticketing processes
  • ITIL v3 or higher
