Job Role

We are seeking an IT professional with expertise in Microsoft Enterprise Systems Administration to support a Federal contract.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain large enterprise environments across CONUS and OCONUS boundaries.
  • Manage Windows and Linux workstations on EVDI and physical platforms.
  • Investigate and resolve system incidents, including application functionality, crash, and performance issues.
  • Communicate effectively with various individuals and teams, participating in special projects as required.
Required Expertise:
  • 4-7 years of experience in Active Directory Administration, DNS, DHCP, DFS, LDAP, and Windows Server administration.
  • Knowledge of application troubleshooting, Linux operating systems, and ITIL v3 or higher.
  • Understanding of Service Now, NETS, or other ticketing processes, and certification in IAT II (required day 1).
Preferred Skills:
  • Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, PowerShell, virtualization environments, profile management using VMware UEM toolset, and Microsoft Exchange.
  • Networking, telephone/video support, familiarity with site-specific customer and mission requirements.
