We are seeking an experienced IT engineer with Microsoft Enterprise Systems Administration skills to support a Federal Intelligence Agency contract.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain multiple large enterprise environments spanning CONUS and OCONUS boundaries.
- Manage Windows and Linux workstations on EVDI and physical servers.
- Troubleshoot application functionality, crash, and performance issues.
- Investigate user performance and collaborate with external teams to improve user experience.
- Assist customers with Tier 2 incident resolution for Linux and Windows applications.
- Provide remote end-user desktop support.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve system incidents with both short-term workarounds and long-term solutions.
- 4-7 years of related experience.
- Knowledge of Active Directory Administration, DNS, DHCP, DFS, LDAP, Windows 10, Server 2012, Server 2016, Application Troubleshooting, Linux Operating System, Service Now, NETS or other ticketing process, and ITIL v3 or higher.
- Certification in IAT II required.
