Job Title: Senior Enterprise Manager

This is a leadership role that requires an experienced and seasoned manager who will lead the operational facets of one or more projects within the framework set by the program manager, customer needs, and contractual obligations.

The ideal candidate will have broad autonomy to institute organizational structure, define departmental responsibilities, and form positive working relationships between internal functional areas improving communication and overall project management for the program.

  • Ensure seamless 24x7 functioning of mission-critical environments
  • Institute process improvements across multiple sites
  • Streamline reporting procedures
  • Sustain and enhance client relationships
  • Provide and lead an appropriately skilled workforce

This role requires a professional with a minimum of 10 years experience in roles of increasing responsibility and complexity, preferably within a program managing 250+ personnel. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills and programmatic planning for budgeting and contract management oversight.

Key requirements include a degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting from an accredited university, demonstrated experience working on programs utilizing foreign currency, and possession of an active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance with Counterintelligence polygraph or Host Nation PV clearance.
