Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Infrastructure Professional to join our team. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our Federal Intelligence Agency contract. Your primary responsibilities will include providing Tier 2 support for multiple large Enterprise environments spanning both CONUS and OCONUS boundaries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Administrative Duties: Management of Windows and Linux workstations on EVDI and physical platforms.
  • Troubleshooting application functionality, crash, and performance issues.
  • Investigating user performance and collaborating with external teams to improve user experience.
  • Assisting customers with Tier 2 incident resolution for Linux and Windows applications.
  • Providing remote end-user desktop support.
  • Identifying, analyzing, and resolving system incidents with both short-term workarounds and long-term solutions. Responding to escalated service desk/team requests.
  • Communicating effectively (in oral and written form) with a variety of individuals; working well within small and large team environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Active Directory Administration
  • DNS, DHCP, DFS, LDAP
  • Windows 10, Server 2012, Server 2016
  • Application Troubleshooting such as Outlook, Excel, Word, JAVA, Internet Explorer
  • Linux Operating System
  • Understanding of Service Now, NETS, or other ticketing processes
  • ITIL v3 or higher
Certification Requirement

IAT II certification is required for this position.
