","Key Responsibilities:","
  • Administer Windows and Linux workstations on EVDI and physical
  • Troubleshoot application functionality, crashes, and performance issues
  • Analyze user performance and collaborate with external teams to enhance user experience
  • Assist customers with incident resolution for Linux and windows applications
  • Provide remote desktop support
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve system incidents with short-term workarounds and long-term solutions

Active Directory Administration, DNS, DHCP, DFS, LDAP

  • Windows 10, Server 2012, Server 2016
  • Application Troubleshooting (Outlook, Excel, Word, JAVA, Internet Explorer)
  • Linux Operating System
  • Understanding of Service Now, NETS or other ticketing process
  • ITIL v3 or higher

Prior experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, PowerShell, Virtualization Environments, and Microsoft Exchange is desirable but not required.
