About the Role:

  • Analyse market trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Optimise CRM systems and reporting to monitor performance metrics.
  • Coach and support local teams to enhance employer engagement and improve career outcomes.

About You:
You bring a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on experience, and you're confident engaging with employers, community groups, and internal teams alike. You're proactive, results-driven, and thrive in a role where you can make a real impact.

Essential Criteria:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or Human Services related field
  • Experience in business development, employer engagement, or partnership management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to analyse market trends and translate insights into action
  • Confidence using CRM systems and reporting tools
  • Genuine commitment to inclusion, diversity, and community impact
