About this role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that's passionate about making a difference in people's lives. As our National Partnerships Manager, you'll play a key role in growing and maintaining key partnerships with employers to create real job opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
You'll be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with employers and industry sectors to advance inclusive employment initiatives. This includes expanding and nurturing community networks to increase candidate referrals and support workforce diversity.
- Lead efforts to attract new clients by actively promoting the organization as a trusted service that supports individuals with disability to achieve their career goals.
- Analyse market trends and provide actionable, data-driven insights to contribute to strategic planning.
- Optimise CRM systems and reporting to monitor performance metrics and uncover new growth opportunities.
- Coach and support local teams to enhance employer engagement and improve career outcomes for clients.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, driving national growth by shaping strategic partnerships and identifying emerging opportunities.
About the position:
You're a natural relationship builder with a passion for creating inclusive employment opportunities. You bring a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on experience, and you're confident engaging with employers, community groups, and internal teams alike.
Essential requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or Human Services related field and/or relevant experience
- Experience in business development, employer engagement, or partnership management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- The ability to analyse market trends and translate insights into action
- Confidence using CRM systems and reporting tools to drive performance
- A genuine commitment to inclusion, diversity, and community impact
- Current driver's license - essential
