Job Title: Partnership Development Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Partnership Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining key partnerships with employers and industry sectors to advance inclusive employment initiatives.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to analyse market trends and translate insights into action. You will also have experience in business development, employer engagement, or partnership management, with a strong track record of driving new business growth and building strong pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with employers and industry sectors
  • Expand and nurture community networks to increase candidate referrals and support workforce diversity
  • Lead efforts to attract new clients, actively promoting our services as a trusted provider that supports people with disability to achieve their career goals
  • Analyse market trends and provide actionable insights to inform business development strategies
  • Optimise CRM systems and reporting to monitor performance metrics and uncover new growth opportunities
  • Coach and support local teams to enhance employer engagement and improve career outcomes for clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or Human Services related field
  • Experience in business development, employer engagement, or partnership management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyse market trends and translate insights into action
  • Confidence using CRM systems and reporting tools to drive performance
