Enterprise Business Leadership Opportunity

Our organization is seeking an experienced Sales Director to spearhead the growth of our Enterprise business in Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a customer acquisition strategy that drives business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a customer acquisition plan to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain executive-level relationships with customers and partners to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Lead a team of Account Executives to effectively communicate the value proposition of Databricks' solutions.
  • Enable the team to understand customer commercial goals and how they relate to the Databricks offering.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a high-growth technology leader with direct experience leading a 'new business' sales team.
  • Experience translating highly technical products into business value for the C-Suite.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing against personal and team goals.
  • Ability to coach and develop sales fundamentals to Account Executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to the C-Suite.
