Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Enterprise Growth Leader to join our team at Trideca. As a leader in strategy, data, and digital consultancy, we help drive innovative growth for leading businesses.

This role focuses on identifying new client engagement opportunities while expanding existing relationships. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Owning and managing the growth of client accounts (new and existing)
  • Achieving growth targets from new and existing client accounts
  • Creating robust client account growth plans
  • Partnering with colleagues, including technical leads and marketing teams

You will have the opportunity to develop collateral that leads clients to book new engagements, leverage marketing activities, and track client account activity through Salesforce. An advisory selling approach will be essential in identifying and framing clients' emerging digital growth opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • At least 10 years of strategic sales experience driving acquisition and expansion of enterprise client accounts
  • 5+ years of experience working in a business consulting environment, preferably with a global or Australian consulting organization
  • A good understanding of mobile, web, cloud, data, analytics, digital advisory, and strategy
