Drive Business Growth

As a senior HR professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving people strategies that support business growth and scalability. You will partner with leaders and teams to develop and execute the People Strategy and Roadmap, focusing on attracting, retaining, and developing top talent while fostering inclusion and leadership excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive people strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Partner with leaders to drive organisational development and HR initiatives
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence and providing expert advice on HR policies and procedures
  • Oversee workforce planning, resourcing, employee relations, and work health and safety matters within designated portfolios
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver on talent acquisition and operational plans

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in HR generalist and recruitment roles, including at least 3 years in a strategic HR Business Partner position
  • Proven expertise in workforce planning, organisational development, and change management
  • Strong ability to engage, influence, and coach leaders at all levels
  • Skilled in leveraging analytics to improve processes and outcomes
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organisation

Reporting Relationships:

This position reports directly to the Head of People and Culture.
