Job Title: Strategic Talent Development Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Development Manager to drive the development and implementation of our HR strategy in support of the Data Center Planning and Delivery (DCPD) organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing people plans and solutions to achieve business initiatives and deliver results, aligning with our broader organizational priorities.
This role requires strong collaboration with senior leadership to develop the talent strategy enabling growth and a work environment where employees can thrive.
You will also partner with specialist and central HR teams, as well as matrixed site and geographically aligned HR colleagues, to support our global talent strategy while tailoring activities to our business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic workforce plans and solutions to achieve business objectives.
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute talent strategies that drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address key talent gaps and opportunities.
- Design and deliver training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of talent development initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in an HR generalist leadership role.
- Strong judgment and experience coaching leaders.
- Broad knowledge of HR theory, including employee relations, learning, and performance management.
