Overview

  • Plan, develop, monitor and measure the success of overall people strategy in line with strategic direction of Sub-Region/Solution Line and People Organisation.
  • Establish strong influential relationships in complex environment with Business leaders and People Organisation colleagues.
  • Lead annual People efforts relating to Talent and Performance Management, Compensation, Succession Planning and Leadership Development.
  • Advise and consult on global and regional initiatives in partnerships with Regional Chief People Officer and Solution Line Chief People Officer.
  • Partner with Business and Talent Acquisition for effective resourcing strategy to support growth of Business, ensuring Inclusion and Diversity objectives are considered and met.
  • Drive talent agenda including inclusion and wellbeing, capabilities and culture.
  • Provide thought leadership related to strategic delivery for major talent-related initiatives.
  • Influence and develop People Partners and Business leaders by providing expertise, sound judgment and data-driven recommendations that improve overall employee experience and business performance.
