We're looking for a seasoned HR professional to join our Core Engineering team as a Strategic Talent Development Partner. This exciting role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our organization's growth and success.

About the Role

In this dynamic position, you'll work closely with leaders to develop and execute people strategies that drive business outcomes. Your expertise will be instrumental in building high-performing teams, driving talent acquisition, and delivering impactful people programs.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement talent development initiatives that align with our organizational vision.
  2. Partner with regional HRBPs and Centre of Excellence (COE) Partners to deliver strategic workforce planning, operational plans, and talent management solutions.
  3. Develop and implement core HR processes and programs to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Analyze data and provide insights to inform decision-making, program design, and measures of success.
  5. Drive organizational design, change management, and employee experience initiatives to support our growth and scaling goals.
  6. Foster a culture of inclusion by infusing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies into all aspects of talent acquisition, manager growth, and employee experience.
  7. Cultivate strong relationships with leaders, cross-functional partners, and key stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
  1. 8+ years of progressively challenging HR experience in Business Partner roles, ideally in high-growth companies.
  2. Proven track record of working with global/international teams and driving strategic impact.
  3. Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization.
  4. Demonstrated ability to think critically, analyze data, and develop innovative solutions to drive business outcomes.
  5. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with an ability to translate complex concepts into actionable narratives.
