Job Title: Strategic Talent Development Lead

This is a pivotal role that involves driving talent management and development initiatives enterprise-wide. The successful candidate will play a key part in running the global talent and succession planning cadence, contributing to meaningful work within the careers and capabilities team, and helping to build a strong, future-ready organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the global talent and succession planning cadence, ensuring alignment with key business priorities
  • Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader in talent strategy, assessment methodology, systems, and enablement
  • Deliver high-impact reporting for executive and board audiences
  • Ensure governance and compliance across global talent activities
  • Build strong relationships across the people function and senior stakeholders
  • Bring external insights to inform and evolve our talent practices
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure successful program delivery
  • Use data to measure impact and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Champion a high-performing global talent community of practice

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in organisational psychology, talent management or organisational development
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate ideas into action
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills across audiences
  • A passion for continuous improvement and future-focused thinking
  • Experience managing complex programs and external partnerships
