Job Overview

This role involves working as a key team member to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders accurately and on time.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding goods, delivery dates and availability.
  • Reconcile inwards and outwards goods against invoices and delivery dockets.
  • Pick, pack and label outgoing goods.
  • Provide general support to the branch management and team members.
  • Perform various store tasks and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • A willingness to learn new systems and quickly develop product knowledge.
  • The ability to process orders, purchase orders and quotes accurately.
  • A current driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • A valid forklift operator's license.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • A proactive approach to work with a strong work ethic.
