Warehouse Coordinator

Minco Australia is a professional product and service supplier specializing in manufacturing and selling spare parts of Almond harvesting machines. We are looking for an experienced for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. Based in Mildura, this role is ideal for someone experienced in driving efficiency and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

Qualifications & experience

• Proven experience in high-volume warehouse settings, including supervising or performing receiving, pick/pack, dispatch, order checking, and inventory management (ideally in Almond industry)

• Possesses a strong output and "Hands-On" work ethic

• Physically capable of manual handling, including lifting and bending during daily operations

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel & online inventory systems

• Commitment to workplace safety and quality compliance

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams

• Advanced problem-solving, numeracy, and data analysis abilities

• Forklift License and valid driver's license

• A flexible, "can do" attitude.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, manage material movements and unload trucks, and ensure compliance with all site safety procedures

• Oversee pick list generation, customer delivery bookings, late order coordination, and returns

• Manage warehouse housekeeping, waste disposal, and safety inspections.

• Identify and implement approved process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.

• Carry out additional duties within scope of skills and experience as needed, like goods delivery to customer.

• Assist with inventory counts and stocktakes as required.

• Maintain up-to-date inventory records through regular stocktakes and effective stock control to meet operational demand.
