Job Overview

Oji Fibre Solutions is a leading manufacturer of fibre based corrugated packaging solutions.

The company delivers innovative, environmentally sustainable products and develops solutions to enhance customer competitiveness.

The Mildura site services regionally based customers in the horticulture segments with corrugated trays and cartons for their produce.

We are seeking a proactive Materials Coordinator to join our team on a minimum 6 month contract.

In this vital role, you will help ensure the smooth flow of materials from order placement to delivery while supporting safety and operational excellence at our site.

  • Manage the order process from initial contact with customers to receiving payments and booking product loads for timely deliveries.
  • Track pallets and manage inventory and stock supply received from manufacturing plants and external suppliers.
  • Manage the Non-Conforming Material (NCR) process including data collection regarding damaged/incorrect goods, system updating and customer liaison.
  • Ensure site adherence to safety by undertaking site inspections, updating/tracking safety data sheets.
  • Maintain updated customer information and perform general administrative duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in logistics, warehousing or inventory management.
  • Strong administrative/coordination background.
  • Intermediate competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
