Role Overview

Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a proactive and highly organized individual to assume responsibility for managing the smooth flow of materials from order placement to delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management, with a strong administrative/coordination background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the order process from initial contact with customers to receiving payments and coordinating product loads for timely deliveries.
  • Tracking pallets and managing inventory and stock supply received from manufacturing plants and external suppliers.
  • Ensuring site adherence to safety protocols, including site inspections and updating customer information.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management.
  • Strong administrative/coordination background and intermediate competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
