Material Flow Coordinator

The Stock Controller/Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials from order placement to delivery, supporting safety and operational excellence at our site.
- Manage the order process from initial customer contact to receiving payments and coordinating product loads for timely deliveries.
- Track pallets and manage inventory and stock supply received from manufacturing plants and external suppliers.
- Manage the Non-Conforming Report (NCR) process including data collection system updates and customer liaison.
- Ensure site adherence to safety protocols including conducting site inspections and updating safety data sheets.
- Maintain updated customer information and perform general administrative duties such as participating in weekly meetings and booking couriers.
You will need to possess strong multitasking customer service communication and administrative skills to effectively build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers. A strong focus on teamwork flexibility and passion for delivering results is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the receipt of inventory supplies managing storage and distribution to meet business needs.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency reduce costs and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in logistics warehousing or inventory management.
- Strong administrative coordination background.
- Intermediate competency in Microsoft Office Word Excel and Outlook.
