Production Operations Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about production operations and wants to be part of a dynamic team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of coordinating production activities, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Coordinate and manage all aspects of production operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and supply chain logistics.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stock movements, and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Tertiary Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, science).
  • Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in production operations or a related field.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Inventory Management: Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
  • Quality Control: Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
