About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our Dandenong South team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the Melbourne metro area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a strong presence in the market, identifying new business opportunities and developing existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, working closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer service initiatives.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in external sales and account management. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key qualifications include:

  • Experience in sales and account management, preferably in the steel, building, or industrial product industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Experience with CRM management and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • SAP experience/knowledge is highly desirable.
