Front Desk Team Leader

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Team Leader to join our team at Hilton Hotels. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for mentoring and coaching our Front Office Agents to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure seamless guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train Front Desk operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Welcoming and checking-in guests, handling group arrivals, and completing check-out processes
- Managing guest requests, inquiries, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintaining knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, and special offers
- Maximizing sales revenues through upselling and marketing programs
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience in hospitality, retail, or fast food leading a team or strong Front Desk experience
- Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literacy and ability to navigate company systems
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
